It is true that when you are happy or busy, time seems to pass by faster. The academic year 2022-2023 is almost over, yet I don't feel like it is. The moments that I experienced in the 10th grade will forever be engraved in my heart and memory. In this blog post, I will reminisce about my favorite experiences throughout my 10th grade life and reflect on the things that I could have done, especially in the 4th quarter.          The school year 2022–2023 started on August 25, 2022. I still remember how nervous I was that day. I am not close with most of my classmates, but they did not make me feel like I didn't belong to our section, Maxwell. Soon enough, I became comfortable with them. Another memory worth remembering is when we were practicing for the Hip-Hop Competition for grade 10. We were given only two days to complete our choreography and polish our dance, so we had to go to my classmate's family's events place so that we could practice properly

The human mind is vast and infinite. We have an ability to form visualizations, whether it's a memory from the past, a sight from the present, or a fantasy for the future. People frequently regret what has occurred in the past, overthink what is occurring in the present, and fret about what will occur in the future. But in this blog post, I'm not going to worry about what my future holds; instead, I'm going to envision the things I want to do and the person I want to become.       A person in an operating gown is exiting the operating room. She greeted the patient's relative with a smile and stated that the patient survived well in the surgery and is now stable. That individual proceeded to her office because she was quite tired after the procedure and needed to relax for a few minutes before meeting her next patient. She resumed her day after resting and operated on a large number of patients who had trusted their lives in her hands.        She returned home

Beacons of Hope

Change is an inevitable part of life, and its impact on our world is significant. We frequently expect external circumstances or important figures to drive change, but the truth is that change begins with each of us. The phrase "Change, It Starts With Me" illustrates the power of personal responsibility and individual action in positively influencing our society. In this essay, we will look at the relevance of this statement and how we might embody it to have a positive impact.           To begin the process of change, we must first look inward and develop self-awareness. We gain insight into areas for growth by thinking on our values, beliefs, and behaviors. This self-reflection process enables us to appreciate the power we have as people to alter our own life and influence those around us. Accepting personal responsibility for our choices and their consequences is required for change. We must recognize that our decisions, no matter no matter how small, have an imp

Mother's Day is a day dedicated to honor and praise mothers and maternal figures around the world for everything they do. It's a day to express gratitude to them for their impact on our lives as well as their contributions in society. Mother's Day is observed on several dates throughout the world at various seasons of the year. Some of them follow the United Nations' official Mother's Day date on the second Sunday of May. Other countries have their own traditional festivals and ceremonies that have come to be known as their celebration for Mother's Day.            In the Philippines, Mother's Day is being celebrated on every second Sunday of May. For this year, Mother's Day was celebrated on May 14. During this endeavor, all mothers are being honored and appreciated. All of them, including those who call themselves "furrparents" (people who have a pet animal), single mothers, and mothers who lost their child. Their efforts,

Labor Day: A Day Full Of Gratitude and Appreciation

Have you ever wondered where the food you eat comes from? Have you ever looked at a product and wondered, "How did they make this?" Would you be able to bear the things that laborers do if you were a laborer? In this blog article, I'll talk about labor and the significance of Labor Day in the Philippines.         Labor Day is celebrated in the Philippines every first of May. This is a public holiday, and it gives everyone a break from work. There are many workers in the Philippines - people who work up to eight (8) hours a day and still get a very low salary; people who produce food for us to eat; people who give their time, strength, talents, and intelligence for us to enjoy a good life. During the Labor Day celebration, these hardworking people are appreciated and given gratitude. Their works, be it small or big, are acknowledged. Their efforts for this world to keep spinning are seen and valued. There are also people (particularly in Metro Manila) who protest during

All I Ever Needed

This quarter has gone by in the blink of an eye. To be honest, I did not enjoy the lessons in the third quarter as much as I enjoyed the lessons in the previous ones. I feel like I did not learn much and that we didn't have enough time to truly master our lessons.  was also not able to give my best this quarter, but at least I had an amazing experience performing various performances.             The third quarter is very exhausting. We carried out a lot of performances, but I enjoyed them all. There were many events that our section, Maxwell, participated in. One is the Grade 10 Hip-Hop Dance Contest. I am not a dancer, but through this endeavor, I realized that you don't have to be a professional dancer to enjoy dancing. That it is for everyone, and there are no rules in dancing. You just have to move your body to the beat of the music! I also became closer with my classmates because of our three-day practice for this competition. I had a wider view of the world bec

We Are Saved

We, humans, are sinful beings. We couldn't resist temptations, and we do the things we like, be they good or bad. We tend to do the bad instead of the good. But because of the sacrifices made by the Lord Jesus Christ, we are saved. We commemorate the sacrifices that Christ made for us during the holy week.         Holy Week is the most important week in the Christian calendar. It is a time when we commemorate Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. We recall his deeds, reflect on his messages, and recommit our commitment to living as his followers in the world at present.       Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, which marks Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem; it is followed by Holy Thursday, when the last supper occurred; Good Friday, the day of the crucifixion and death of our Lord; Holy Saturday, which commemorates the final day of Christ's death; and Easter Sunday, when Jesus was resurrected.      Personally, I view Holy Week as a time for reflection and heali
